The saying “the whole is greater than the sum of its parts” best describes the concept behind this design. This two-bedroom flat has been turned into a space that seems to be limitless. Every part in the apartment has been seamlessly integrated – the open kitchen opens to the dining room; the wallpaper of the feature wall in the living room stretches into the bedroom; the platform in the bedroom extends into the living room, these all result in a harmonious and cohesive living space.

The narrow lateral space has also been lengthened vertically by building a platform in the bedroom for storage. To add a final touch of depth to the overall design, the bedroom uses glass lattice sliding doors for the natural light to come through from all sides, and the use of light trough in the living room for the subtle lighting effect.
